These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at formulational.com (the “Site”), operated by Formulational (“Formulational”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Formulational regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
